Tryouts for the 2026 baseball season will be held at Central Park on Sunday Oct 12 from 11am-3pm.  Timeslots are as follows:

11U - 11am-12pm

12U - 12pm-1:15pm

13U - 1:15pm-2pm

10U - 2pm-3pm

We do not anticipate having a 14U travel team this year, so no tryouts are planned for that age level.

If you cannot make the timeslot for your age, but can make it for another timeslot, just let us know beforehand.

We also have reserved the fields for tryout warmups from 4-6pm on Sat Oct 4 and Sat Oct 11.  Note that these are not formal clinics or practices, but there will be a few coaches on hand to run the pitching machine and hit ground balls.  These are entirely optional and have no bearing on the tryout scores.  Come and go as you like.

Much like we did this year, our tryout and team formation will be done quite differently from past years.  The full policy is posted below, but here's a quick summary:

• Traveling registration and tryouts will take place in the fall rather than the spring.  The two main reasons for this are so  we can conduct a more thorough evaluation of players on a real outdoor field and so that teams can be formed prior to the December tournament registrations.
• Registration will consist of a $25 payment now with the remainder not due until the spring
• Players will be scored by outside impartial evaluators on hitting and fielding.  If time permits players may also pitch and catch, but only hitting and fielding will be scored and count toward the automatic bids.
• Teams will be formed by placing the top 6 scores from tryouts automatically and then the remaining 5-6 spots are filled by head coach selection.
• Because of the expanded coach selection the head coach will observe (but not participate in) the tryouts.  This gives new players a more fair shot at being selected.
• Players unable to make the tryout date are still eligible for coach selection.
• The Boosters board has final say and approval of all team rosters and tiers (A, AA, AAA).

Please register your player prior to the Oct 12 tryouts.

The sooner you register, the sooner we can finalize the timeslots.
