St. Anthony Sports Boosters Coaches Guidelines call for "reasonably balanced playing time" (if expectations of Player attendance, respect, and effort are met).

SABSA uses the concept of a "Balance of Fairness" between:
"Fairness to each Player" and "Fairness to the Team"
to address how to implement, and how to manage the implications of this guideline.

The Interpretative Guidelines to Coaches (adopted 2012) document is available here.  Parents are encouraged to read the document to understand what to expect regarding playing time, and to enhance their understanding of what Players need to do to help Coaches enhance Player experiences.
